I am starting to change my subcription from weekend vrij to dal vordeel in 12 April. But I am a little bit confuse about the payment system. All of the suddent, NS Flex transfer money to my bank account around 28 euro and then this same account have to be used to pay 31,6 euro for the payment. So actually my card is still in weekend vrij or already change to dal vordeel?

It changes almost instantly to your new subscription. You will receive the amount for Weekendvrij back for the days you did not use. And you will pay with a small amount for Dalvoordeel. The widget on ‘MyNS’ is not always correct, ignore it. You do not have to pay for Weekendvrij at the 28th.
