Good afternoon Please explain why I have a monthly debit on my card 3528 **** **** **** - E. Kulii? The last write-off was 01/02/24 - € 3.76. We constantly replenish the OV-chipkaart card and debits are made from it. This is my daughter's card and she doesn't use NS trains, only HTM trams.

You can find a detailed invoice in Mijn NS (the website, not the app; go to Betaaloverzicht/My payments). That will tell you why your daughter is being charged this amount.

If after looking at the invoice you still feel that your daughter is being charged too much, or if you can't find the detailed invoice, then you should contact customer service directly. They can tell you what the debit is for, and correct an incorrect invoice.
