from months January 2024 didn’t pass the money from my bank account to yours and you declaim my ov card because of that. I didn’t read your emails I’m sorry about that. A few minutes ago I sent you money from January 2024. Can you please recover my card?

You need to contact Customer Service. 030 7515155. Likely there is a €40 bill of the collector as well. You can probably get a new card when your payment and the one for the collector is processed. 


I need to make new card or this one you will recover?


The best thing is to reach our customer service. If you did pay the collecting agency and went to a ticket machine to offer your card then you can place a new subscription on the card again.
