Hello, on June 26 I ordered a chip card and still have not received it. I wanted to know when the card will be delivered to me? My order number is R01_0226551677

You will receive the OV-chip card within 7 business days. We cannot check the status of the OV-chip card. For this you need to contact the customer service of OV-chipkaart.

That's incorrect, it should be there within 7 days, not business days.
OV-chipkaart says the same (5 weekdays), but there is no mail delivery on Mondays.

You should receive a new card within 7 days. But sometime the card is received later, could be because of a backlog at the OV-chipcard company or the PostNL delivery is delayed.
Last week a magazine that I normally receive every Thursday was delivered a few days later on Tuesday.

Unless you don't speak Dutch 
It used to be three working days, but six makes more sense (ordered on a Monday, delivery Tuesday next week).
