expiry date for lost card


Hi 👋 

lost my card a couple of days and need to get a replacement however i am missing the expiry date to be able to add it to my account can someone help - Thanks in advance

Thanks for the answer, Thom! If you have a subscription then you can also ask for some codes for tempory tickets so you can still use your subscription while you wait for the new card.

You do need to  contact Customer Service. 030 7515155, or by other means in the link. They can arrange your replacement as well.

When the card is linked in the MijnNS account, the expiry date can be found there, it's at the bottom of the card info.
