today I’m traveling with my colleagues, and I over bought the tickets from Amsterdam to Leeuwarden and I happened to check in with my OV card instead of the E tickets I bought. So in the middle of the trip I had to check out my OV card in Almere, which I paid extra 7,50 euros. Could you help me to get the refund?
