Hi, 

I recived this email but I think I check in and out correctly, no one tell me there is something wrong, how can I cannel this fee or remove this charge from my next month bills

You will get this when you do not check in properly at an NS gate or pole. Was your checkin at another company, e.g. Arriva or Connexion? .

It will not always be removed, but Contact Customer Service, 030 7515155. 24/7.
