I lost OV chipkaart on Denmark with still 70€ on this card and try from 2023 to recover my money in my account. I alwaysjust for myself and when try to recover from OV chipkaart account always says to send this OV chipkaart but is lost and my money stay in this chipcard and I want again to my account.
The chipkaart expire from December 2024 but they say always to compleet the Form and after complete the Form, nobody respond to my request.
Can somebody help me please?

This works in general. It is at least the best try. You do need the number of the lost card.
Open weekdays from 07.00 to 21.30 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 16.00.

Use https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/credit-refund and it will tell you what the options are.
For an expired card, there should be no need to send it in.
If it was an anonymous (blue) card without your photo and name and you lost it, the money is gone, similar to losing your wallet with money in it.
