Hello all, I ordered a personal OV-Chipkaart together with NS Weekend vrij on 19 August 2023, but has not received my card yet even though my weekend vrij start date is 1st of september. Then i ordered the OV chipkaart again from the website on 1st of September, still no news of the whereabouts of the card. how can i see the tracking of the card, and can my weekend vrij's start date be pushed back since i havent received the card, therefore not use it yet?
