Hello all, I ordered a personal OV-Chipkaart together with NS Weekend vrij on 19 August 2023, but has not received my card yet even though my weekend vrij start date is 1st of september. Then i ordered the OV chipkaart again from the website on 1st of September, still no news of the whereabouts of the card. how can i see the tracking of the card, and can my weekend vrij's start date be pushed back since i havent received the card, therefore not use it yet? Thankyou for your answers!

There is no track and trace. You have to contact customerservice of www.ov-chipkaart.nl they will deliver the card. And you have to contact the customerservice of NS because of your weekend free. They can't start it later, but they can pay your journey from last weekend back and give you a voucher for travelling next weekend.
