Good morning, I am writing because I have been notified that I have to make a payment of 95 euros for my OV card, but I do not have access to the invoice (when I try to look at it, it tells me that there are no outstanding payments). Thank you.

As MoDe mentioned, the invoice should be available for download in Mijn NS under ‘Betaaloverzicht / My Payments'. If it's not, there might be a problem with your account. In that case, contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter.
