I signed up for the monthly one and asked for a new chip a week ago, and you didn't get what to do.

You should have gotten your card by now. I assume you've ordered the card with one of our products? If that's the case I'd like to ask you to contact our Customer Service. They can see if your order was properly processed and help you with further steps to make sure that you will still get your card and can provide you with a way to still use your product while waiting on your card.
