I havent received my ov card yet

I subscribed for an OV card three weeks ago but have not still received my card via mail. I have received e mail confirmation for my subscription. Who do I contact for this?

It is far overdue by now. 

 

OV-chipcard, 0900-0980, but you have to wait until tomorrow. NS may give an answer when it is with a sucscription.030 7515155. The service of NS is 27/7.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
