Hello, I had a healthy urgency and I left the Netherlands, todaj is the day I could cancel my suscription and I did it but it says I have to go back to cancel my ob card in a machine and I can’t go back to do it so I don’t know what can I do. It’s totally imposible that I go back

If today is the first day you could cancel your subscription, you definitely have NS Flex.
Just click ‘Wijzigen naar NS Flex Basis’ on https://www.ns.nl/abonnementen/online-opzeggen/tijdelijk-stopzetten (page is Dutch only) and you’re done.
When you cancel NS Flex altogether (to be removed at a machine), it is already immediately switched to Basic so no need to go to a machine.

What kind of subscription did you cancel?
Was it Flex? You also can change to “Flex Basis". Then there are no costs anymore and you do not have to go to a machine to definitely cancel your subsription.
Maybe you come back to the Netherlands and then you easily can change back to another Flex subscription.
I assume your name here is your OV chipcardnumber? For safety, maybe a moderator can change your name?

I see little harm in posting a card number (who cares about when I last used my card and the balance?), unlike posting an e-mail address where you can expect spam if it falls into the wrong hands.
