Lost card but dont know expiry date

Hello, 

 

I just lost my personal ov-chipcard. I know the the card number but not the expiry date. I call the ns phone number but it was always in dutch. How can I disable my card? Thanks a lot!

You can make a choice for English. You’ll have the option: to continue in  English press... English is widely spoken in the Netherlands and by NS-employees as well.

    Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
