Lost my ov chikaart and to block it I do not have expiration date

Hi I have lost my ov chipkaart and I have tries to block it from ov chipkaart website but I do not have the expiration date :(

Can someone please help?

Welcome to our NS Community Srushti. I'm sorry you lost the card. You can contact the NS customer service and have them look at the expiration date. If you have an NS season ticket, we can look it up for you.
