lost replacement card

Hi, I have ordered one new replacement card since 23 March 2024 and I was emailed that I will receive the new replacement card within 3 working days. However, I still not receive any mail from NS for my ov replacement card. How can I check my order of new replacement card?

I would like to ask you to contact OV-chipkaart customer service. They produce your new OV-chipkaart and can see how far they are in sending your replacement OV-chipkaart. Contact - OV-Chipkaart.nl.
