So whenever i travel with my personal ov chipkaart, the money in the ov is not deducted but i get a bill or a deduction everytime on my bank account. How do i change it so that it could deduct from my ov instead of the bank account?

Bekijk origineelYou probably have ordered a Flex subscription. In that case your expenses are once a month charged to your bank account. You cannot change that.
If you still have money stored on your chipcard you can get that back at the ticket office at any station.
