My NS card

Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
My NS card was ordered a week ago, but I have not received it yet.
I would like to know how long it takes to receive my card.

When you order a subscription on a new card, the first possible start date usually reflects a realistic date that your card can be delivered. I think it's usually between 1-2 weeks, so it should arrive soon. But if you want to be sure of there's no hick-up in the process (and ordered your card with NS), please contact NS customer service.
