My personalized OV Chip Card can no longer tap in/ out. How can I get a new one that works without paying an additional fee?

Assuming you have an NS season ticket: you can find all information on this page and request a replacement card by going to this page and clicking “Replace your broken card".

Note that a replacement card is not free, but costs 11 euros. Only if the card is less than two years old and shows no visible sign of damage you might be able to get those costs back. You should contact the OV-chipcard customer service for that.
