Hello Good morning 

I was ordered a ov-chip card in 7th of June And the arriving time was 13th of June But I didn't receive my ov-chip card yet So how can I follow up???

If you've ordered your card from NS (with NS Flex or a classic subscription) you should contact customer service. They can be reached by phone, chat, Twitter or Facebook and it could be a bit of a wait.

Should you have ordered your card directly from the OV-chipkaart.nl/Translink website, then you should contact them.


Also if you ordered on ns.nl with a season ticket, contact OV-chipcard's customer service, for we cannot track cards or see whether or not they've been produced or sent out. 

Of course, if you have a season ticket that should have started already, get in touch with NS for coupon codes to travel with until the card arrives.
