I applied for ov chip card on 26 August but not receive

How unfortunate that you didn't receive your OV-card yet. My advice is to contact our costumer service so they can check your order and check the OV-chipcard number. With that OV-chipcard number you can contact the costumer service of the OV-chipcard to ask where the card is.
