Hello, I started paying for the NS flex but haven’t received the card yet. Can you help me? I paid last week on the 19th and it said I could start using it on the 25th but I still don’t have it.

I recommend contacting customer service about this as they are able to provide you with an alternative for your subscription and also tell you how to get a new card.
