I have ordered new NS card reference number R01_0216302306 since October 2nd and up to now I don’t receive the card

A card usually arrives within a week, but on Sundays and Mondays (sometimes also Saturday) there is no mail delivery.
It will probaby arrive tomorrow. Until then, see https://www.ns.nl/en/customer-service/refunds/refunds-when-you-forget-your-season-ticket.html for reimbursement, or contact NS Customer Service (phone, chat, social media).
