I visit The Netherlands only few times per year but I decided to make a ns.nl card. On my card I have 60 euros but when I’m travelling with this card, the money comes from my bank account. What can I do to use money from my card, not from bank account?

If NS Flex is on the card, then the balance on the card will never be used. You can have it paid out to you at an NS service desk. An alternative option is to end NS Flex completely and remove it from your card. You can then use the balance to travel.
