Hi, I had ordered for my OV-chipkaart on the 6th of September and I still haven’t received it. 
I tried reaching the customer care number but everyone seems to be busy and the call isn’t going through. 

My reference number is  R01_0215393667.

We can't help you with this here as we can't go into your data. I recommend you contact our customer service once more to see what's going on and get an alternative method to travel with your product if needed.

I tried calling again but the line says it’s busy. I’ve been on the phone for the last 10 minutes

That might be the case as it's currently quite busy, I can only recommend you to wait a bit longer at this time.

An ov-chipcard takes up to a week to be delivered, but since there is no (PostNL) mail delivery on Sundays and Mondays, you should receive it tomorrow (Tuesday). If not, contact Customer Support (phone +31 30 751 5155 or chat)
