I lost my ns ov-chipkaart but I didn’t link my card with my ovi account. I would like to request help with my card details so I can block and replace the card
You should contact customer service OV-chipkaart for this. They can be reached by phone: 0900-0980. Open weekdays from 07.00 to 21.30 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 16.00.
