I have order new ov-chipkaart with subscription on 23-4 and they told me i will receive it within afew days and it will be activated today but until now i did not receive anything so please can you help me to know when i will get.

They could check the current status of the order and if the card is made, they could provide you with the card number and with this, you can contact the customer service of the OV chipcard.
