I bought an NS Flex subscription and I also ordered a new personal card as i didn’t have one before. I thought trhat i first needed the card to acrivate the subscription, but apparently the subscription already comes with a new card. Is there any way to cancel the delivery of the card i ordered separately?
Welcome to our NS Community, mariasiscu. You must have ordered the seperate OV-chipcard with their company. You had best ask them if that is possible, since it's a different company.
