I ordered an OV Chipkaart with “weekend vrij” subscription on 15.10.2021. My subscription started as of 22.10(today) but I haven’t received the card yet. What should I do?

It is best to contact our customer service. They can monitor you directly and look for a temporary solution until your card is available.


Contact Customer Service. They will make a note and the costs you have will be recalculated. Your card should have been there by now. Do not forget this step. You may be informed why your WeekendVrij is not there yet. Phone or chat works best in this situation. 030 7515155.
