OV-chipkaart payment issue – missing invoice reference

Hi, could someone please help me?
I had to pay for my OV-chipkaart via bank transfer because the automatic debit wasn’t working. I made the payment through Revolut, but it didn’t give me the option to enter the invoice number.
Does anyone know what I should do in this case?
Where can I send the payment proof?
Or will they be able to recognize the payment anyway?

I’d really appreciate any help or guidance.

Did you make this payment for your OV-chipcard? Then you should contact the customer service from OV-chipcard. Did you make this payment for your NS subscription? Then you need to contact the NS Customer Service
