dear Sir/madam I hope your day is stating well. if I have chipscard and I subscribed to the Weekend Package, does this include New Year's holidays? 

I suppose you do mean Weekendvrij. It includes January first. December 25 and December 26 are also free.

 

Remember that trains in the Netherlands at December 31 will circulate until about 20.00h. They are not free with the weekend package

December 31 is a Friday, so you can travel for free with a first check-in after 18:25 that evening (until trains stop running).
