Some time ago I ordered a tariff. Since I don't have a bank card, I asked a friend to pay for it. We paid for these expenses using qr code that was attached to the payment. We have not received any information that her bank card will be linked to my ns accounts. Now this  woman has learned that all my payments are withdrawn from her card. How to stop it? I still don't see her bank card tied in my ns personal account

Exactly what did you order? If it was a subscription, then indeed the indicated bank account will be used for future travel.

You can change that by changing the bank account in your NS account. If you don't have a Dutch bank account, then you can contact customer service to have it changed to your bank account. You'll need to give them your IBAN.
