But when I checked out, I accidentally scanned my ov chipkaart because I thought it was the check in for the train. It fined me 20 eruo on my ov chipkaart. Is it possible to get my money back? If you have an e-ticket and have used your OV-chipcard by mistake, then the best thing to do is to reach our customer service to solve this.
