How soon will I receive my OV card? I ordered the card 10 days ago and it still hasn't arrived.

I'm sorry that you have not received your card yet. If you just ordered an OV-chipcard then please contact the OV-chipcard costumer service. If you ordered a subscription and a card on our site then you can contact our costumer service first so they can check if the order was placed successfully and if the address was correctly filled in.
