Hi, My ov chipkaart is not working anymore (corner of ov chipkaart is broken).

I have ns subscription so I don’t have any money in it.

How can I request for new card now?

 

You can request a replacement card via www.ov-chipkaart.nl (click Replace your broken card halfway down the page). On this page you can read how to use your subscription while you await the arrival of that card.
