Replacement card - What's the expiry date?

As promised I have looked into the OVchipcard details of Medion and gave him the expiration date that was needed for ordering his duplicate (replacement OV-chipcard).

HI Thomas, 

I lost my OV-chip card and I found the same issue. How can I solve this?

Dear Daniel, thanks for your reply. However, I’ve been trying to contact them since yesterday, but they said that the system is not working. I wonder if there are any other easier option to block the card. Thanks
