Terugbetaling van ov-kaart

I ordered 2 transportation cards by mistake yesterday, I want to return the card with this reference number R01_0217058339 and I want my money back.  How can I do that ?

When you consider e-tickets as transportation cards and you opened them, then you cannot get your money back. When you did not open them, and only in that situation, you can contact Customer Service, 030 7515155.

    Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
