Hi, I lost my Ns card on 11 June. I had a 107 euro package on weekdays.  So I had to buy tickets online.  I demand a refund of the tickets I bought.

You do need to contact Customer Service for this. You’d have reported this right away after the loss, but in most situations, besides abusive use, they can help. Keep your tickets and cardnumber at hand.
