hello!  I ordered a travel card and paid for it.  I have already received an email that I can use the card from 22.07, but the card has not yet arrived.

I'm sorry to read that you've not received your card yet. You can indeed contact our Customer Service for this to have them take a look at the situation. You can find all contact information here.
