Travel History & Payments does not load

Hi,

I need some form of proof of my travel expenses for work over the past few months, but unfortunately the website does not allow for this to be loaded. I only get the error message “Jouw reistransacties kunnen niet opgehaald worden”. Also, there does not seem to be a possiblity for me to look into the option of when I charged my card with money either.

Is there another way of receiving some form of proof that shows when I travelled?

If you have a NS Flex contract, you can see your travel history in your My NS-account and on the invoices in your My NS-account. If your My NS-account is not working correctly, please contact our customer service. If you don't have a contract on your card, you can also check this in your My NS-account or on www.ov-chipkaart.nl
