I ordered an NS flex subscription along with a new ov-chipcard. However it is still not delivered after 7 days and on my ns page there is no products under my products. I can not find any information about my order on the my ns page. Does anyone know who to contact about my order detail or shipment status?
PS: On my email confirmation it says: U kunt reizen met NS Flex vanaf 20 september 2022.
