I ordered an NS flex subscription along with a new ov-chipcard. However it is still not delivered after 7 days and on my ns page there is no products under my products. I can not find any information about my order on the my ns page. Does anyone know who to contact about my order detail or shipment status?
PS: On my email confirmation it says: U kunt reizen met NS Flex vanaf 20 september 2022.

Please contact our customer service so we can help you with a solution to use your product while your card hasn't arrived yet. To find out about the delay, you can contact TLS for more information as they are the ones responsible for making and delivering the cards. You can call them on 0900-0980. I'd recommend contacting us first for all the information about your card to make it easier to contact TLS.
