I rented a bike at Horst seventum few days ago. Upon return, I locked the bike as described and I expect my rent to end automatically. However, this morning I received an email that says I have not returned the bike and I am being charged extra for it. What do I do to correct this? I am just a broke college student and I can’t afford any extra fine to my bills.
