I borrowed a bike from Den Haag HS, there is a self-service key holder machine using which I could rent the bike. When I came back to return it, there no available slot for the key.

Den Haag HS has 3 machines, 1 doesn't work, 2nd was full and the third opened but there was no empty slot.

Now the bike is parked correctly but I still have the key. Customer service didn't pick my call for two days what do I do?

There should be a blue dropbox for keys 

If there isn’t one, you still need to contact NS Customer Service to end the rental period.

After that, stick the key on a piece of cardboard and send it to:
