Hello, my ticket was not valid on the train. They informed me that the person with whom I bought the ticket would come to my address within 14 days. I'm very worried, how can I pay? I stay at home alone, I'm afraid I won't receive it.

Hello bilet and welcome to the NS Community!

If I understand correctly, you weren't able to use your ticket correctly and therefore got a ticket from the train staff. In this case you are fined with an extra 50,00 euros on top of your journey price. A letter will be sent within 14 days to the address that you shared. Once you received the message, I would advise you to contact our Customer Service to see if we can do something about it. You may also contact earlier if you have substantive questions regarding about this situation. Those are not supposed to be handled on this forum, because we would need you to share some personal information.
