Hi! I’m curious whether it is possible to use a day return ticket reversely? If the day return ticket is from A to B, is it possible to start at B and end at A? Thanks a lot!

No, that's not allowed. You could only make the trip from B to A with that ticket without having done A to B first, but then you can't do A to B anymore.
