It isn’t possible to cancel e-tickets. If you bought the ticket from a ticketmachine you can go to customerservice at a station.

The answer from mode is correct. If the ticket was purchased online and has not yet been opened you may still be able to get it reimbursed by exception. To do so, please contact our customer service.
