Yesterday when I was travelling from Venserpolder metro station to RAI. All the punching machine was not working and was open to pass through. But when I reached RAI metro I had to check out using my ns card. The charges was 4 euro actually amount should be 2 euro. Please let me know the solution for this as it had happened to me multiple time.

Correct it yourself via www.uitcheckgemist.nl (can take a few days before your ride shows there).
The metro is run by GVB from AMsterdam so NS cannot do anything about it. There is a site called uitcheckgemist.nl , but this will work only for what it said; UITcheck. However, you can simply put in that you missed the checkOUT at Vnrpl-as same price will then be applied. Depending on what type of subscription you hold-FLEX or not-the amount due will be refunded
