Yesterday when I was travelling from Venserpolder metro station to RAI. All the punching machine was not working and was open to pass through. But when I reached RAI metro I had to check out using my ns card. The charges was 4 euro actually amount should be 2 euro. Please let me know the solution for this as it had happened to me multiple time.

Bekijk origineelThe metro is run by GVB from AMsterdam so NS cannot do anything about it. There is a site called uitcheckgemist.nl , but this will work only for what it said; UITcheck. However, you can simply put in that you missed the checkOUT at Vnrpl-as same price will then be applied. Depending on what type of subscription you hold-FLEX or not-the amount due will be refunded

Correct it yourself via www.uitcheckgemist.nl (can take a few days before your ride shows there).
