good morning .  On 05/09/2022, I bought a train ticket for 5 euros on the Internet to ordernumer 50597137 but the email I received was not activated, and its yellow button and even its website were not activated, and I could not use that ticket, so I want to return the 5  I have the euro۔

What a shame you couldn't use the ticket. If it indeed has not been downloaded or opened you can contact Customer Service. They can help you with your claim.
