double cancellation of ticket price

Today, when buying a ticket, I had a double withdrawal of money, although only one ticket was displayed.  The NS application does not work correctly, slowly + not everything is in English.  It is not possible to get through to the support service, as well as find an email for help

Sorry to read this! I've checked, and and this time both our live chat and phone lines have a very small waiting time. You should be able to reach my colleagues from customer service that way.
